"GRUNTS SOMETHING IN KHAZDUL AND SLAPS HIS ELBOW"
QUICK BIO
BIOGRAPHY
Bifur is the strangest of the Company and cousins with Bofur and Bombur. Unlike the other Dwarves, he is not from a noble family, but comes from a long line of miners and smithies, and was raised among the coal miners and iron workers of the West of Middle-Earth.
You can easily tell Bifur from the rest of the company by the rusting axe embedded into his forehead by an Orc (And he is constantly on the hunt for the Orc), and therefore communicates with the occasional grunt or by waving his hands. He speaks in the tongue of Khuzful, an antique version of the secret language of the Dwarves which none but Gandalf can understand.
When fighting, he goes absolutely crazy, laying about himself in furious abandon with his great boar-spear and his knives; or even with his fists and head if he is ever rendered weaponless. He carries weapons that reflect his heritage.

There have been times that he has been close to being killed, as well as nearly cooked by the Trolls. But all in all, he is a valiant warrior.
Even in the midst of battle, there are moments when he will come to a complete standstill and gaze around, lost and bewildered, no doubt wondering how his life has come to this pass from his rather more genteel origins.
Bifur is rather strange and is usually alone. But his responsibility in the Company is financing it by making and selling little wooden toys. His toys are rather disturbing, sometimes even monstrous. But children seem to love them anyway.
He fought in and survived the Battle of the Five Armies. Dain II Ironfoot gave him his share of the treasure and he remained to live at the Lonely Mountain.
Bifur likes to play the clarinet.
